Keola Life, LLC
I was born in Norway but grew up most of my life in the DC area. Now I live in North Carolina and spend most of my free time in the mountains. I am an avid whitewater kayaker, snowboarder, and lover of the outdoors. I strive to extract all that this life has to offer. I love to do things that scare me.
We do private and group instruction for whitewater paddlers. We do both flatwater lessons focusing on whitewater skills and actual river trips up to class 3.
