My name is Monica from Los Angeles, CA.๐๐๐ผ As an Ovarian Cancer survivor, I recently celebrated my 1-year health sobriety (lost over 40lbs). Besides, God, my husband, and son, CYCLING truly saved my life. Took a leap of faith in 2014 to cycle over 3,500 miles across the USA from Atlantic City, NJ, to Astoria, OR. Since then, I've cycled over 48 US States, including Cebu, Philippines, plus completed a full Ironman in Tempe, AZ. Exploring new countries on two wheels while inspiring, and educating the traveler in every cyclist, seems like the most logical step in my life journey.
"The journey is my home"
I'm impressed with the Keola soothing roll-on so far! It gets me thru tough endurance bike rides.
"Wilderness is not a luxury but a necessity of the human spirit." โ Edward Abbey
The human spirit gives us remarkable, though limited, "God-like" qualities, including intellect, emotions, fears, passions, and creativity. Our journey outdoors allows us to truly understand this spirit. It's why I can't get enough of it!
Fuller Center Bike Adventure
I've been riding with this charitable cycling group since 2014. Love how they use the monies we raised to end poverty housing worldwide. On our off days during trips, we would spend the day fixing homes for veterans, disabled, or financially stricken families.
