Hello from Northern Michigan. My name is Meag, and I'm a Great Lakes adventure gal. I work in the water leading the litter cleanup organization, Great Lakes Great Responsibility, and I play in the water: paddle boarding, freediving, kayaking, and more!
Great Lakes Great Responsibility is my baby! I founded this litter cleanup non-profit after seeing my local beaches being inundated with marine debris. Since then, we have organized dozens of cleanups throughout the Great Lakes basin and removed nearly 200,000 pieces of trash to protect freshwater.
