Two Healthy Smoothie Recipes

We all know the advantages of making shakes as a meal supplement when you don’t have the time or want to cook. Here are two recipes that you may enjoy. I don’t have official names for them, but since I got the recipe from my friend “Toph” I’ll simply use his nickname for the shakes. 

Toph’s Delicious Veggie Smoothies:

The AM Breakfast Version:

  • 1 cup kale and or spinach
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon flax oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon green superfood powder
  • 2-3 cups of coconut water
  • A few drops of stevia extract (for sweetness if desired)
  • Blend on high until all ingredients are roughly blended

The PM Dessert Version:

  • 1 cup kale and or spinach
  • 1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
  • 1 tablespoon green superfood (the cocoa version)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
  • 10-20 drops of stevia extract (sweetener)
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • A few ice cubes
  • Blend on high until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

Oh, wait, one more ingredient (we are a CBD company after all)… Try adding the dosage you normally use for your favorite CBD oil to the smoothie!
